Conference GTS 2007

The 2007 annual meeting will be held within the framework of the GDR singularités and will bring together researchers being interested in the topological and geometrical aspects singularities.

One of the principal objectives of the conference is the training of the young researchers of the GDR on recent and dynamic developments in this field, and to make it possible young researchers to expose in front of their pars their most recent results.

Three topics will be more specifically developed through courses exempted by experienced researchers :

•  Higher dimensional contact geometry

•  Hyperplane arrangements

•  Normal singularities of surfaces

The remainder of the program consists of some 45 minutes talks.
