It was organized by the following institutions:
- the ATI team (Arithmétique et Théorie de l'Information) of the Institut de Mathématiques de Luminy, CNRS laboratory.
- the eRISCS laboratory (équipe de Recherche en Informatique des Systèmes Communicants Sécurisés) of the Université de la Méditerranée, Marseille.
- the AOC laboratory (Analyse, Optimisation, Contrôle) of the Université des Antilles et de la Guyane.
With the support of Microsoft Research.
Topics:
The purpose of the conference is to bring together researchers from arithmetic geometry and from cryptography and to see the new ideas which may emerge from this confrontation. This is why topics include on one hand "algebraic geometry over finite fields, towers of function fields and algorithmic aspects of curves and number fields" and on the other hand "embedded cryptography, computer security, applications to R&D projects. |
